Can You Ever Have A Fairytale Ending?

I can never resist a good Disney movie and there beautiful fairy tale endings.

From old classics such as 'Sleeping Beauty' to new treasures like 'Frozen'.

I love the idea of a happy ever after just like everyone else. I think this is where I got my love for reading from.

Books spark such wild, crazy adventures all created from words and our imagination. I love putting myself into the book and becoming the girl.

I've never been in a serious relationship. I always dream that when I find the perfect guy, he will treat me like a Disney princess and will love my imperfections.

However, sometimes when I'm drawn back into reality, I fear the thought of meeting a guy that I think is perfect only to break up a month later.

I start to wonder if anyone has ever had a real fairytale ending. Where the connection has never been lost and they think how lucky they are to be with the perfect guy/girl.

I have grown up with parents who still love each other and have been together from teenage years. It's not a Disney movie but you can see they care for one another and there's rarely an argument between them(it's usually about who's doing the shopping or who's cooking).

I'm always daydreaming about meeting the one. Having that connection like they would in Disney films or from any good romantic story. When you just know they are just perfect for one another.

In my opinion though, I don't think that's ever going to happen. I think fairytale endings are just too unrealistic and impossible to accomplish.

But I won't give up on hope too quickly

What do you guys think?

Leave your comments below on your opinion on having a fairytale ending? Have you ever experienced it? Let me know

Virtual And Reality - Two Completely Different Lives

Hey guys,

Something that's been on my mind lately is how easy it is that people can get so wrapped up on being connected to the Internet. How there lives are changed due to what is happening online.

Now, I know this may sound hypocritical coming from a blogger who is literally spending time to write down words onto a page that maybe no one is actually is reading.

However it gives me the freedom of expressing my thoughts and connecting to those who may or may not agree with me; it is all down to opinion.
It allows me to connect with people I never would have the chance too.

On the other hand, that's not what everyone else is using the Internet. The freedom that I and everyone else has does not mean because I'm behind a screen that I get to judge anyone I please.
This is the main topic of this blog.

I do love to watch YouTube and escape to the online world, but it's never the same as being with someone you care about, having fun and enjoying the moment. Nothing beats that feeling.

Recently, the Internet has become a world of hate. A place where people will say the first words that come into their minds and post them. Those words have a real affect on people. The most tragic thing about it aswell is that, those words are never ending, wether they get deleted or not. They stay with people forever, it's the way that person deals with it that determines the effect on them.

When people are hit with that sort of negativity; (it doesn't matter if it's just one word) that you think could never affect anyone, you don't know the real damage that it may have on that person.
People could right the smallest of things, even if they think that what they are saying is gentle, it is still negative and can really hurt someone without you even knowing. I've definatly felt that way before and it's never good.

A story that has really put things into perspective recently is Blogger and YouTuber, Zoella. I have been watching her and YouTube and reading her blogs now for only 2 years but I truely enjoy and appreciate what she has to say and the content that she posts (If your a fan, which you most likely are, then you'll understand).

Lately, she has been getting so much hate (no need to get into details, it's not my place to discuss the issue), from people who don't even know her (because truley, no one ever does).
Right now, the only information you have about me is my gender(I'm a girl by the way, just in case😉) and I could so easily be judged just by the words you are reading right now, does that seem fair?

I know this blog hasn't been exceedingly positive but it's been a topic that I really wanted to express my point of view on.

I'm sure, you and whoever else is reading this are truelly wonderful! And I can't wait to start the new year with you ❤️ Please share any comments you wish below ❤️

Happy New Year and Welcome to 2015‼️

What Is My Blog About?

Hey
So, I started blogging just after Christmas and I haven't actually explained what my blog is about and what content I will be releasing every week.
This is what this blog is going to be about, to let you know what I will be releasing every friday so you get an understanding of why 'Girl Behind The Screen' actually exists.

I decided to write a blog to express how I feel and share it with whoever decides to read them. It's also for sharing our opinion so no one feels alone about a problem that we can dicuss in the comments. Like one big online family.

My blog will contain mostly opinionated subjects that I want to express and get others opinions on the topic. (I don't want them to be depressing but some topics will be serious)
Some of my topics will be random and some place to share my experiences.
I might also include some beauty hauls but I'm not going to include them for a while.

This is a little blog to just explain the purpose of creating 'Girl Behind The Screen'. I hope it goes well and you enjoy my posts :)

Go follow me on blog lovin and Google+ so you'll know when I have released a new blog post.

I'm also on Twitter as @bloggeronscreen

Beginning Of A New Chapter

Hi, welcome to my blog 'Girl Behind The Screen'.

This is a scary and exciting moment for me. I know to you I'm just a random girl who has put a few words together on a blog like everyone else who is doing the same thing, but to be truthfully honest with you, it's quite a terrifying moment.

In my random and various posts, I really want to connect to all of you out there.

Why now?? Because I've always wanted too but never had the courage to do it. I've always wondered what it would be like to create a blog which a lot of people could connect too. The idea of it has always made me feel as if I'm a little girl again on the edge of my seat waiting for the excitement to begin. But I've always just been waiting and never doing it myself. Because of this moment right now and this decision which I've decided to go through with changes that and I can't wait :)
